Ingredients
  

  • 230 g all-purpose flour
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 banana (for decoration)
  • 120 g brown sugar
  • 100 ml almond milk
  • 75 ml coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla Bourbon extract
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 75 g walnuts
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • We preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  • We melt the bananas with a fork.
  • We lightly beat the walnuts to break them in a blender.
  • We add the bananas, walnuts, sugar, milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix well.
  • We add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to a bowl and mix them.
  • We pour the mixture from the first bowl to the second and make sure that the ingredients are homogenized by mixing them.
  • We transfer the mixture to the baking tin, which we have sprayed with oil, and then we have floured.
  • We cut the banana vertically in the middle and add it on top to decorate the banana bread.
  • We bake it for 45 minutes.
  • We let the banana bread cool for 30 minutes and then we serve.
