- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 banana (for decoration)
- 120 g brown sugar
- 100 ml almond milk
- 75 ml coconut oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla Bourbon extract
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 75 g walnuts
- 1 pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Melt the bananas with a fork.
Beat lightly the walnuts in a blender.
Add the bananas, walnuts, sugar, milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix well.
Add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to a bowl and mix them.
Pour the mixture from the first bowl to the second and make sure that the ingredients are homogenized by mixing them.
Transfer the mixture to the baking tin, which is sprayed with oil, and already floured.
