Do you often eat popcorn too?
Saturday is coming and there is no better choice for me than my cozy home, a movie and a big bowl of popcorn. And when I say big, I mean big! And as I wait for two of my dear friends to watch the movie with, hoping that I don’t have to watch science fiction again which I don’t like at all, I think about what kind of snack I should make. I loved these popcorns from the first time I made them. This is because it is completely different from what I have tried so far. Sweet and savory, hot and crunchy and especially vegan!

If you have children, these popcorns are an ideal, homemade snack that can replace the ready-made ones, which are completely unhealthy! They also enable children to participate in the production together with their parents. In particular, you can make this recipe for your little one’s birthday and everyone, young and older ones, will be excited! In fact, I made them on my own birthday and they were the first thing that disappeared from the buffet!
Delicious Cinnamon Popcorn
Ingredients
- 200 g corn seeds
- 4 tbsp. coconut oil
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp. salt
Instructions
- We add the coconut oil in a saucepan until it melts.
- We mix well in a bowl the corn seeds with the cinnamon, the coconut sugar and the maple syrup.
- Then, we put the seeds in the pot and close the lid.
- Once it is ready, we add the salt.
- Enjoy them hot!
