Potatoes: The food everyone loves!
So, is there anyone who doesn’t love potatoes? There are so many options to make potatoes ranging from the classic and much-loved french fries to the potatoes au gratin that we will cook together today. Personally, I love potatoes in every recipe I have tried. I remember myself as a child asking my mother all the time to fry potatoes for lunch. This impatience hasn’t changed much since even today; I am delighted knowing that the day’s menu contains potatoes. So, how much do you love potatoes? Has it always been a very favorite meal for you too?

Potatoes au Gratin
Today’s recipe is a wonderful combination of potatoes and a delicious and creamy “cheesy” sauce without cheese! Yes, you heard right. When I say without cheese, I mean, of course, without animal-by products since we will make the most delicious vegan sauce with “cheese” flavor. The aromas of garlic and onion will give a special note to our dish, while the grated vegan parmesan gives the perfect feeling of “cheese” that will make our meal super yummy. So, are we ready to get started?
