Vegan Potatoes au Gratin

- 2 k potatoes
- 1 l almond milk
- 100 g grated vegan parmesan
- 2 tbsp vegan butter
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch of freshly ground pepper
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1-2 fresh onions (optionally)
Wash and clean the potatoes.
Then, cut them into round pieces and add them to a water bowl so they won't turn black until making the cream.
In a saucepan, add the butter, and as soon as it heats up, add the cornflour.
Add the almond milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and mix until creating the cream.
Spread the potatoes in the pyrex, pour over the cream, and add the breadcrumbs.
After covering the pyrex with foil, bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Then, remove the foil and bake for another 45'.
Serve by adding chopped fresh onions optionally.
