Vegan Mayonnaise: YEAH!
This was a recipe that I have been wanting to make for a long time… I always thought that today was the day to start experimenting and I always found a more “exciting” recipe -for my tastes- to make. The thing is, though, that mayonnaise is one of the most basic ingredients in my kitchen… If you want to make a burger, for example, or a simple, humble toast, can it be without mayonnaise? Well, now it will have the most delicious, easy and special mayonnaise!
Do you still buy ready-made mayonnaise?
I know, it’s the easy solution… The truth is that the ready-made products have saved me many times from embarrassing moments like the ones that you have eaten all the food in the house and you don’t have even half a cracker to treat the person who visits you and from times that I am too lazy, while I am watching series on Netflix for hours (yes, you guessed right, these drama and romance shows that I love). You are like this though! You will try this recipe and you are going to even lick your fingers!
Vegan Mayonnaise ready in 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 125 ml soy milk
- 250 ml sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 pinch of pepper
- sriracha sauce (based on your taste)
Instructions
- Make sure that the milk and the sunflower oil are at the same temperature (preferably at room temperature).
- Add all the ingredients in the blender and beat them for 2-3 minutes.
- Enjoy!
