Asia’s aromas

In general I am a fan of Asian cuisine, so there was no way for me not to share with you one of these recipes that I make mainly on Saturday night… So, today, noodles are on the menu. But what are noodles? They are wonderful pasta (yes, again I am speaking about pasta!) made from rice flour. They first appeared in China and then spread throughout East Asia. This journey of noodles, however, didn’t stop there. Now on many continents around the world they have become a favorite food and have won the hearts of many people. Of course I am among them as well.

Do you like spicy food?

Personally, I love anything that is spicy! That’s why I prepared this recipe, so you can try it too. However, I have tried to make it soft spicy, so that it is close to all tastes. If, though, you are crazy about super spicy taste, don’t be afraid to add more Sriracha to your meal. And what is Sriracha? You’re right, I forgot to say that. Sriracha is a hot sauce made of chili peppers, which is really loved and if you haven’t tried it yet, now it’s the moment to do it. Follow the recipe for great enjoyment and have a good appetite!
