How did I learn about hummus?

The truth is that I didn’t even known what hummus some years ago. In general most of us we have a mistaken opinion about chickpeas -I would say legumes in general-. So I was also among those people who didn’t like chickpeas at all. At some point, some years ago, I visited a well-known restaurant in Thessaloniki, Greece to try different dishes from their menu. One of them was a dip which I really liked. When I got home, however, I looked it up and then I met a great love of mine!

Hummus is always the right answer!

Anyone who knows me well, knows for sure that every day is the right day to make and enjoy my homemade hummus. To be precise, there is a small box (just saying small) in my refrigerator with hummus. You can use it to accompany salads, legumes, pasta, sandwiches or just eat it on its own. And the good thing is that besides the taste and the many benefits that chickpeas have, it is a very easy recipe with not too many ingredients. So, get the essential ingredients and let’s make this delicious recipe!
