Do you like cauliflower?

I’ve got to say that when I was little, I didn’t like cauliflower at all. It has that pretty bad smell when it’s being boiled, which made me run away from our dinner table every time my mom told it was on the menu. The truth is that as I grow older I started loving it a lot. Now, whenever I go to the supermarket, cauliflower is among my top choices for salad. Cauliflower is also a wonderful ingredient for other dishes, like cauliflower rice, cauliflower hummus and the famous cauliflower wings. Do you know what cauliflower wings are?

Do you know what Cauliflower Wings are?

This particular dish is pretty famous in other countries, since it’s the vegan substitute of hot chicken wings. Today, I put all my love into mixing many different ingredients that will change your mind about cauliflower, in case you are in the club of cauliflower’s haters. It’s an ideal main dish recipe, but it can also be an amazing appetizer or snack to accompany your drink along with some cool sauce, like the yogurt sauce, which is like it’s made exactly for this specific dish. Check the sauce recipe here and let’s start cooking!
