Do you think vegan souvlaki isn’t possible? Of course, it is!

One of the foods the most popular in Greece is the Greek souvlaki. For this reason, I started looking for ways to make this amazing food in a vegan version. While I was trying many combinations of spices, I came up with this one, as it gives me indescribable aromas and flavors. Today I will give you one of my favorite recipes for soy souvlaki and I also reserve to share my favorite mushroom souvlaki recipe in the future! (No spoilers here! For now…)

Before baking…

What are you going to eat on Barbeque Thursday?

Here in Greece there is a custom that calls all the citizens on the last Thursday before the Carnival to grill meat and have a short of outdoors eating festival. So, today I’m here to recommend to those who are already vegan, but also to those who want to try something new and different these delicious vegan souvlaki. What’s better than to grill vegan souvlaki with me? I am known as the girl who loves tasty foods, so you have to trust me and you won’t be disappointed. All you will need to have is some simple ingredients and lots of spices, so your house will smell awesome and the vegan and the non-vegan company will go crazy with the results.
