Delicious Soy Greek Souvlaki

- 200 g soy kebab
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp bbq sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple vinegar
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 pinch of freshly ground pepper
Add the kebab to 1 liter of boiling water for 10 minutes until it swells.
Drain the kebab in a colander.
Add the kebab to a bowl along with all the ingredients and mix well.
Leave it for at least half an hour to bind well.
Spread a piece of parchment paper in a baking tray and then place the kebab, one piece next to the other.
Bake at 180 °C degrees for about 30 minutes.
Once they are ready, put the kebab through the sticks.
Optionally, you can place in a baking paper chopped onions and cherry tomatoes for a few minutes, so that you can add them to the stick for more flavor and color.
