Smoothies in my daily routine…

Lately I have added fruits and smoothies a lot in my daily routine. Every morning I wake up and I am thinking of new fruit combinations I can make with the ingredients I already have in my fridge. It became a habit for me. This beloved habit fills me with energy, taste and creativity. The truth is that I have to thank a dear friend of mine who “introduced” me to this world, making me a lot of smoothies and filling me with photos from her own colorful creations that she was sending me. Friends are the diamonds in our lives! So, this is an opportunity to say “I love you all”!

Strawberries and Red Berries? I just love them!

Red fruits are my favorites! And when I talk about red fruits I mean everything, strawberries, red berries, cherries, pomegranates, red grapes etc. I don’t know why, but I aws always a big fan of them. So this smoothie really represents me. A few days before, I woke up and I saw strawberries in the fridge. Also, I had some berries in the freezer, because, unfortunately, it’s hard to find fresh ones (if you do find fresh ones, don’t even think about it! Go for them!), So I started making this smoothie. I, also, used a nut butter, as I love them too. So, here is one of the best smoothies for me…
