Olives: The favorite, Greek product!
The history of the olive tree dates back to ancient times, as it was the symbol of the goddess Athena. She was also considered the first one who planted the olive tree in Athens. This was the gift to the people, with which they were fed, heated, illuminate their houses and much more. Over the years, this favorite product hasn’t lost its value, since even today it holds a very important place in people’s diet. After all, who doesn’t use even a little olive oil in his cooking? Personally, I love it very much, especially in salads, which I literally “drown” with olive oil.
But is it possible to make a 10 minutes recipe?
Yes, it is! It is actually the quickest, easiest and the tastiest recipe I have ever made! In general, I am a fan of olives, so in the past I used to buy these classic -small for my tastes- jars with olive paste, which disappeared within a day! So, I realized that I have to make it myself to have the taste and the quantity I want! And so it happened! Now there is always some in my fridge! Also, it is a perfect alternative, when someone suddenly visits you and you don’t have any dip ready to accompany your snacks!
