The best snack!

Avocado is an ideal choice to add to your meals, as it is rich in omega-3 and vitamins. The wonderful cream that is created in this recipe, makes our toast perfect from a nutritional and a taste aspect. Chickpeas, which are a rich source of protein and vitamins, get on top of the avocado cream and create the perfect result for the youngers and olders. So, this snack is considered suitable for all hours of the day, as it fills us with its nutrients and gives us energy and a feeling of satiety. It is also a good choice for children to follow a healthy diet.

The combination choices with an avocado toast…

Another positive element in this recipe is that in addition to chickpeas, we can combine avocado cream with many other ingredients. A typical example, some of my favorites, are cherry tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and lentils. So, depending on the flavors that everyone prefers, but also the ingredients that you have in your kitchen each day, you can create many different and unique combinations!
