For the chickpeas:
- 150 g chickpeas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
For the avocado sauce:
- 2 avocados
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp garlic powder
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 pinch of freshly ground pepper
For the chickpeas:
Add the chickpeas and let them boil for 40 minutes in 1.5L boiling water.
Drain the chickpeas in a colander.
Put the chickpeas in a bowl and add the salt, garlic powder, onion powder and olive oil and mix well so that the spices will spread to all the chickpeas.
Add a piece of parchment paper in a tray and place the chickpeas.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C.
For the avocado sauce:
Make sure the avocados are ripe enough and add their interior to a bowl.
Next, use a fork to press the avocados to create a cream.
Add the lime juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix them well.
