What was my initial opinion about oats?
Last night I knew that tomorrow would be a big and difficult day. That’s why I wanted to have already prepared a tasty and filling breakfast that could keep me full for several hours. So what’s better than the so called “overnight oats?” I remember a long time ago, when I first tried oats, I didn’t really like it. So what has changed? I adjusted the oats to my own tastes and the almost creamy effect it gives in the morning, when it is soaked in plant milk, won my heart. So, making sweet combinations like this one is what made me start eating oats more often. And now every day is an “oatmeal” day!
But what are oats?
For those who don’t know, oats are a cereal and have become an important part of the human diet in recent years. This is because of its beneficial properties, as it is rich in vitamins, minerals and trace elements. It is therefore suitable for a balanced diet. It is also a very good raw material, so you can create savory and sweet meals every time of the day. Many wonderful breakfasts and delicious lunches contain oats.
