Are you a chocolate lover?
If you are a chocolate lover too, this recipe is made for you. As a child I used to love chocolate desserts, especially chocolate chip cookies. After all, who didn’t love them? Recalling the memories of my past, I remember asking my parents repeatedly for those cookies, when we were in the supermarket. And growing up, of course, this habit didn’t change. In other words, cookies have always been for me the perfect snack at work, the beach and generally anywhere. Since I love cooking so much, it is logic for sure for me to make my own chocolate cookies recipe. And finally, make them again and again… So, it’s time to create our own cookies for indescribable, chocolate enjoyment!
Why oat flour?
Oats are a whole-grain food and it is mainly used for breakfast, such as my favorite overnight oats or porridge (find a super recipe for overnight oats with raisins here!). Oats are actually very filling, which make them ideal for weight loss. So, oat flour is also an ideal choice for cooking. It can be used as a thickener in sauce, but you can also used it in dough or baking recipes, so you can get all the healthy nutrients it contains. More specifically, oat flour plays an important role in our health, as it reduces the risk of heart attacks and bad cholesterol, while at the same time it is improving our blood pressure. Finally, oat flour is an important source of fiber, iron, protein and calcium.
