Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix them well.
Melt the coconut oil in a kettle and wait for it to cool down.
Then, add the coconut sugar, maple syrup, coconut oil (after it has cooled down), milk, vanilla in another bowl and mix them well with a whisk.
Add the liquid mixture to the first bowl with the flour and mix until a thick dough is created.
Add the chocolate chips and mix.
Then, cover the mixture with a towel and wait for 15 minutes.
Spread a piece of parchment paper on a baking tray.
Use a tablespoon or a scoop and take a quantity of dough (as much it fits on the tablespoon, not more) and place it on the parchment paper. Remove the dough from the tablespoon or scoop with your fingers, if necessary.
Repeat the same process for all the dough and form the cookies. Make sure that they have at least enough distance between them, sinve they will grow.
Bake them at 180 °C for 8-10 minutes.
Finally, wait at least 15 minutes for them to cool before moving them.
Serve optionally with grated black chocolate and enjoy!
