Cherries and other red fruits…

As you have already known, if you follow me on Social Media, I love red fruits! When the season comes for cherries, strawberries, berries and many more similar fruits, I just feel so happy. I always make sure to have a mix of different red fruits in my freezer, so that I can use them either in bowls like this one or in smoothies. I definitely don’t forget to use other ingredients that will provide trace elements and vitamins for my body. Among these ingredients are: nuts, seeds and cereals.
