Me and Raw Recipes

Generally I would say that this relationship started a few months ago when I started designing this site. More specifically, it was the moment when I wanted to make the categories of my menu and I said “why not raw and easy desserts too?”. So somehow I started looking for and trying different recipes, to familiarize myself with this new world for me. I started of course with sweet recipes and then I reserve the right to try many more savory ones. Raw cooking was something that has always interested me. And now I am sure about it. Therefore, I am very happy that this website gave me the space I needed to get in touch with raw cooking and of course I will continue with more recipes in the future.

A few words about the Chocolate Balls

I came up with this recipe one morning when I woke up and I wanted to make something sweet, nutritious and without needing baking, to eat. So, I chose different materials from my kitchen and started creating. The truth is that in the end we ate all of them it in just one day and I wondered why I hadn’t tried them earlier. So, I suggest you try them too and believe me that the raw cooking, in addition to being healthy, will also give you wonderful flavors.
