Cool Soy Yogurt Sauce for summer!
Summer is almost here and I wanted to welcome it with a delicious and cool yogurt sauce. Generally in the summer, due to the heat, I tend to consume a lot of fruits and vegetables, while limiting fried foods and intense sauces. As you can see, this short break is ideal to do a short detox. Another important thing I would like to point out is that this favorite sauce is prepared in a very short time and needs simple ingredients, easy to find in stores. But what can you combine with this delicious, cool yogurt sauce with?
Yogurt Sauce is an ideal option for salads, pasta and tortillas!
Personally, I think this sauce really suits everything. I tried it, initially, in a salad and I felt very satisfied and content with the delicious result. The second time, a few days ago, I was craving the classic greek pasta called “hilopites”. So, I was looking for it in stores with organic and vegan products and I discovered vegan hilopites. They immediately became mine and I can say that they were one of the best meals I have tried lately. Finally, I am planning to try it in a wonderful tortilla with tofu and green salad. Can’t wait!
