extra firm tofu

yellow onion
1
fresh onion

ml
soy milk

tbsp.
vegan butter
2
tbsp.
nutrinional yeast
1
tsp.
Dijon mustard
1
tsp.
salt
1
tsp.
smoked paprika
½
tsp.
turmeric
½
tsp.
onion powder
⅔
tsp.
garlic powder

pinch of
freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Peel and chop the onions and clove of garlic.
Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onions for 3 minutes.
Add the garlic and continue for another minute.
Grate the tofu either with a fork or by hand, add it in the pan and stir.
Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, nutritional yeast, turmeric, smoked paprika and mustard and mix well.
Add the soy milk, stir, lower the fire and close the lid while waiting for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with extra fresh onions, vegan sausages and/or beans and enjoy!
