Instructions
Chop finely the onion.
Cut the potatoes and carrots into smaller pieces.
Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and when it heats up, add the onion, sweet potatoes, carrots, corn and peas in a pot and mix them.
Then, add the tomato sauce and 500ml hot water.
Chop the dill and put it in the pot.
Add the salt, sugar, garlic, pepper, curry and vegetable cube.
Let them for about 25 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Enjoy!
Notes
Extra Tip: Optionally, you can add vegan feta cheese.
