Mommy's Peas With Tomato Sauce

Love the peas through a delicious traditional recipe with small fresh touches! Prepare this food for your children and I am sure they will be thrilled!

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g peas
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g corn
  • 200 g tomato sauce
  • 5 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. curry
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 pinch of freshly ground pepper
  • 1 cube of vegetables

Instructions
 

  • Chop finely the onion.
  • Cut the potatoes and carrots into smaller pieces.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and when it heats up, add the onion, sweet potatoes, carrots, corn and peas in a pot and mix them.
  • Then, add the tomato sauce and 500ml hot water.
  • Chop the dill and put it in the pot.
  • Add the salt, sugar, garlic, pepper, curry and vegetable cube.
  • Let them for about 25 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Extra Tip: Optionally, you can add vegan feta cheese.
