Grilled Cinnamon Pears

Do you have unexpected visitors at home? Do you crave a dessert, but not a fattening one? These "honey"-made pears are all what you need! A dessert ready in a minimum of time, without the addition of sugar, just maple syrup.

- 4 pears
- 4 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla Bourbon
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
- 80 g walnuts
- coconut yogurt (optionally)
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Cut the pears in half vertically.
Then, remove a piece from the side that rests on the pan to stand straight.
Using a tablespoon, remove the seeds of the pears.
Fill the gap in the middle with walnuts.
Mix the syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl.
Pour the mixture over the pears, taking care to keep a little, to pour it when they are ready.
Bake them for 20-25 minutes.
Serve by adding the mixture you kept, extra walnuts and coconut yogurt.
