Crispy Fried Tofu

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g natural tofu
  • 70 g cornflour
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp tumeric
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch of freshly ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wrap the tofu with kitchen paper and press it lightly with your hands to remove the liquids.
  • Mix the cornflour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Cut the tofu into cubes and add it to the bowl mixture, covering each side.
  • Add the olive oil to a pan, and once it heats up, add the tofu and fry it for about 3-4 ', turning it on all sides.
  • Serve the tofu optionally with rice or anything else.
