Boil the fava beans in 500ml water for about 20 minutes, taking care to skim it regularly.
Remove as much water as possible in a colander and drain it well.
Next, peel and chop the carrot, onion, and garlic cloves.
Add the fava beans, carrot, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to a blender.
Beat the ingredients in the blender for 1-2 minutes.
Remove the mixture from the blender and pour it into a bowl.
Add the cornflour and dill (chopped) to the bowl, and mix them well.
Add the breadcrumbs to a bowl.
Form small balls of 45g with your hands and then throw them in the breadcrumbs, covering each side.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Spread parchment paper in a pan, place the favaballs and bake them for 1 hour, turning them on both sides.
Serve them accompanied by our favorite dip.
