Summer is not possible without a dish inspired by the Mediterranean! So today, we are making the coolest Buddha Bowl fill us up without "burdening" us. It is ideal either as a meal or as a salad to accompany the main course on our menu.

For the salad:
- 120 g chickpeas
- 80 g vegan feta
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 5-6 olives Kalamon
- 2 fresh onions
- 1 dry onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 cucumber
- ½ branch of parsley
For the "ladolemono" (olive oil sauce):
- 50 ml olive oil
- juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- ⅓ tsp dry thyme
- 1 pinch of pepper
For the salad:
Clean and chop the cherry tomatoes and the red pepper. Also, clean and slice the onions (dry and fresh) and the cucumber.
Chop the parsley and cut the vegan feta into cubes.
Add all the ingredients for the salad to a bowl.
