Juicy Chocolate Brownies

Do you love chocolate as much as I do? All you have to do is try this brownie and feel like you are in heaven! Chocolate and hazelnuts are here to make you lose your mind!

For the brownie:
- 200 g dinkel flour
- 250 g coconut sugar
- 200 ml almond milk
- 5 tbsp. cocoa
- 5 tbsp. tahini
- 5 tbsp. coconut oil
- 40 g hazelnuts
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
For the coating:
- 3 tbsp. chocolate spread
- 150 ml almond milk
Extra Ingredients:
- strawberry syrup (optionally)
For the brownie:
Mix the flour, cocoa, coconut sugar, baking powder and salt In a bowl until they are well blended.
Melt the coconut oil over low heat and then add it to the existing mixture along with 200ml milk and tahini.
Use the mixer for 5 minutes to combine them.
Break well the hazelnuts and add them to the mixture and stir lightly.
Add a piece of parchment paper to a baking pan, add the mixture and then make it flat with a spoon.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove it from the oven and wait 30 minutes.
For the coating:
Add 150ml milk and 2 tbsp chocolate spread in a small saucepan and mix them till it melts.
When the brownie gets cool, pour the mixture on the brownie.
Wait for 30 minutes.
Cut the brownie and serve with hazelnuts.
Optionally, you can add your favorite syrup. I chose the strawberry one!
