Homemade Almond Butter Ready in 15'

Easy, delicious, and very nutritious! What else does a recipe need to make it irresistible? Today we make homemade almond butter and enjoy it with fresh, hot bread!

Ingredients
  

  • 365 g almonds (raw and unsalted)
  • 4 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla Bourbon extract
  • tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • We spread a piece of parchment paper in an oven pan and add the almonds.
  • We bake the almonds for 8-10 minutes and then remove the pan from the oven.
  • We add the almonds to a blender and beat them for 3-4 minutes until a homogeneous paste is created.
  • We add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Extra Tip: Store the almond butter in the fridge.
