- 1 orange
- 1 grapefruit
- 2 apples
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 4 ice cubes
Peel the fruits and chop them into small pieces.
Add them to a blender along with the ginger and turmeric until it smooths.
Serve each of them with 2 ice cubes.
