It's morning and you want something cool and delicious to give you energy for the upcoming day, don't you? Make a quick smoothie with a wonderful color to stimulate you physically and mentally!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 orange
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 2 apples
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • We peel the fruits and chop them into small pieces.
  • We add them to a blender along with the ginger and turmeric until it smooths.
  • We serve each of them with 2 ice cubes.
  • Enjoy!
