Chocolate Muffins

Delicious and full of chocolate! These muffins are truly tempting! Try them and you will make them every day!

Ingredients
  

  • 180 g all-purpose flour
  • 240 ml rice milk
  • 150 g coconut sugar
  • 50 g cocoa
  • 3 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp. apple vinegar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla bourbon
  • 200 g chocolate chips

Extra Ingredients:

  • vegan chantilly (optionally)
  • vegan chocolate wafer rolls (optionally)

Instructions
 

  • Add the flour, coconut sugar, cocoa, baking soda, vanilla and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  • Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan and then let it cool for 5 minutes.
  • Add the milk, the coconut oil, apple cider vinegar and 150g from the chocolate chips into the bowl and mix very well.
  • Distribute the mixture evenly over the pastry molds.
  • Top with the remaining chocolate chips.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 20-25 minutes.
  • Optionally, serve with whipped cream and chocolate chips to make the temptation even greater.
