Apple Cinnamon Marmalade

Apple is a very tasty and nutritious fruit and, in my opinion, a nice material for delicious, sweet and savory recipes. Today, we will make a super yummy apple marmalade, which is an ideal choice for a tasty and healthy breakfast, since it has no sugar, but molasses.

- 3 red apples
- 250 ml water
- 1 tbsp. molasses
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cinnamon stick
- ⅓ tsp. nutmeg
- juice of ½ lemon
Peel and finely chop the apples.
Add the apples and all the other ingredients in a pot.
Let the marmalade thicken with the lid of the pot closed on medium heat for 20-30 minutes.
Let the jam in the fridge for 2 hours to cool.
